All reservations must be made through our website or via our email addresses. We will respond to your reservation requests within 24 hours and notify you if we are unable to process your request. If a service is unavailable, we will provide alternative suggestions.
Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and invoice via email. A 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation. Full payment must be made 45 days before the departure date, via bank transfer or credit card, with any bank fees borne by the client.
BOOKING AMENDMENT
You can amend your booking by contacting us via email. We will inform you of any additional costs due to changes and send you the revised itinerary along with the updated invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation fees:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Bank fees will be borne by the client.
REFUND FOR UNUSED SERVICES
No refund will be given for unused services after the trip has commenced.
LIABILITY
Paloma Vietnam DMC Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from delays, accidents, natural disasters, pandemics, or political unrest. Passengers must have full travel insurance.
PASSPORT & ENTRY VISA
You are responsible for ensuring your passport and visa are valid for travel, with at least six months’ validity from the date of entry.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, lost baggage, personal injury, death, and COVID-19-related issues. A waiver must be signed if you decline travel insurance.
